Associate

As an Associate at Globespan, Joy supports deal sourcing, evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence, and portfolio company assistance. Based in Palo Alto, Joy brings expertise in strategic analysis and a passion for technology to help the firm’s entrepreneurs succeed.

Prior to joining Globespan, Joy was an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company in New York , where she advised clients in the retail, medical devices, and advertising industries on a variety of strategic issues, including product strategy, revenue growth and product development.

Joy graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics.  While there, she served as a member of Harvard’s student technical support staff and was a host at the Model United Nations Conferences from 2005-2009. Joy remains active in the Harvard alumni community, serving the lifetime position of Class Treasurer.
